Ticket sales, deposit payments and booking fees are non-refundable, under any circumstances. Please read through our ticket terms and conditions before purchasing tickets. We allow ticket resale, ID is not required for ticket holders meaning tickets can easily be transferred. Please ensure if sold you forward your original ticket confirmation email to the buyer.

Yes, tickets are required per person not per vehicle, tent or campervan. If a group of people attending the festival would like to camp, each person in the group will need to purchase a weekend camping ticket. 

We offer concessions tickets free of charge to carers. If you require a carer to assist you attending the event please purchase yourself the ticket you require, and then when you come to the box office to collect your wristband please attend with your carer and our staff will be more than happy to issue them a ticket free of charge. Please bring a carers ID card or relevant documents confirming carer status.

The festival is held on the beach with soft sand and there is no vehicular access, so appropriate wheelchairs must be used to access the site. It is approximately 650 meters across the beach to the festival site; which can be quite a challenge depending on your circumstances. Disabled toilets will be available on site. If you have particular needs; we may be able to assist you depending on your circumstances. Please get in touch with us so that we can discuss how we may be able to help.

12pm – 11pm on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. 

Unfortunately, due to health and safety restrictions on site at this year’s event, we are unable to allow seating to be brought into the main festival site.

Whilst we aren’t allowing chairs on site, we do make concessions for people with medical needs. Please come to the box office on your day of arrival and we can issue you with a blue wristband which will ensure you can enter with a chair.

Please contact A2B Taxis Newquay a2bnewquay.com (01637 877777) for bus and taxi bookings. If enough people from one area need a bus, then they will provide one, otherwise, it will be a case of using local public transport, please check First Group for time tables to and from Perranporth.

No dogs will be allowed in the festival area or campsite, sorry!

No outside food, alcoholic or soft drinks will be allowed into the festival venue.

There will be a wide range of food & drink vendors in the venue. We allow empty metal and plastic reusable water bottles into the festival, there will be refill stations available on site. No alcohol is to be brought to the festival. A fully licensed bar will be serving alcoholic and soft beverages. A strict challenge 21 policy will be in operation.

Yes, Tunes in the Dunes will accept both cash and card.

Yes, we will provide transport from the Airfield to the beach carpark throughout each day of the festival for people who have purchased Weekend Camping tickets. https://tunesinthedunes.co.uk/info/camping

VIP upgrades include access to a private bar at the festival, and a higher viewing level giving you a better view of the stage. Please note, VIP upgrades are not tickets. VIP upgrades require a Tunes in the Dunes weekend ticket to be valid.

Yes, we run our own camp site for tents and campervans.

Of course! However, they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Security can at their discretion enforce a maximum of 2 under 18s to be escorted by 1 parent or guardian.  Strictly no alcohol for under 18’s.

Each night of the event an after party will be held at The Watering Hole on Perranporth Beach. Tickets available online, over 18s only. 

Yes, once you have collected your wristband you will be able to leave and re enter the festival during open hours. 

Please note: The security team will check all belongings each time you re enter. Under 18’s will need to be accompanied by a responsible adult to regain entry into the venue.
